Aberdeen city council is keen to hear your views on a new charter around good customer service. Please share with parents to consider attending.
We CARE Charter & Commitments
We would like to invite you to engage with us on our new, We CARE Charter & Commitments, which should outline to our customers what good customer service should look like when they engage with our services.
We would like to take some initial feedback, but most importantly have your help in understanding how well we are delivering against these commitments now.
We have two focus group events taking place with dates and times outlined below:
- 9 September 2019 Marischal College 16:30 – 18:00 (Please advise if it is your intention to attend)
- 13 September 2019 Marischal College 09:00 – 10:30 (Please advise if it is your intention to attend)
However, if you would like to contribute but are unable to attend you can also click on the link below which will allow you to provide your feedback. Paper copies of this survey can be provided if requested.
